Elizabeth Schlicht, Membership and Marketing Manager for the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA), was acknowledged with a President’s Award for bringing leadership and stability to the committees she serves. Multiple committee chairs recommended recognition for her service to the organization. These annual awards are given to individuals who have gone above and beyond to serve AFLA through the President’s term. AFLA is managed by Association Acumen, an award-winning accredited association management company based in Menomonee Falls.

AFLA’s President, Brian Barber, said, “This year’s award winners are passionate about AFLA’s growth and they exemplify AFLA’s spirit and leadership. I can’t thank them enough for their contributions to this organization and the fleet industry.” The award was presented during the 2016 AFLA Annual Conference held in San Diego, California.

Schlicht provides creative marketing and membership support for AFLA and the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA) as well as supporting Association Acumen’s online marketing and technology systems. She is responsible for creating and executing marketing and membership plans, updating social media outlets and websites, managing membership databases, supporting educational programs and creating content for newsletters.

AFLA promotes growth, expansion and professionalism within the fleet industry by providing education, research, technical standards and advancement of member interests.
