ELIZABETH SCHLICHT, CAE

Organizational Mastermind

Elizabeth Schlicht, CAE, serves as the Executive Director for the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) and the Society for Mucosal Immunology (SMI)), also providing some support to Association Acumen’s web-based technology systems. She is adept at helping association BOD create and implement actionable and impactful strategic plans, growing member engagement to increase membership numbers, securing and growing sponsorship revenues, managing year-round benefits programs, executing successful annual meeting programming, and chartering strategic and multi-faceted communications and content management initiatives. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Music from Illinois Wesleyan University, earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2017 and brings a background in non-profit management, fund development and program management to her role.​

Outside of work, Elizabeth stays busy spending time with her family, reading as many books as possible, traveling and enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea.
