Julie Frinzi joined Association Acumen with more than 30 years of experience with nonprofit organizations on the state, national and international levels. She cut her teeth in association management at the Wisconsin Dental Association where she learned how to leverage membership organizations.

Julie is passionate about building brands – cultivating tiny acorns into mighty oaks. She finds inspiration in creating unique experiences with lasting impressions. As a director at Association Acumen, she applies this philosophy when planning and executing medical meetings for the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA) and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA-MI). Knowing that details matter and consistency is key, Julie’s discipline and creativity craft strong brands that tell compelling stories.

Outside of work, Julie loves to read (friend her on Goodreads for recommendations), knit (beginner) and be with her husband, Marty, daughter, Izzie, and two small doggies, just hanging out at home.
