Executive Director, Caley Ann Mutrie, CAE, IOM completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Earners of this certificate have learned the essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and to create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion. The seven-week program focuses on ways for organizations to create diverse workplaces, address equity issues, and foster inclusivity.

Mutrie is the Executive Director of the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS).She is an accomplished, results-driven association management professional offering expertise in strategic planning and program management. She has proven success in working effectively with boards, committees, members and staff. She leverages years of experience to increase strategic outreach, boost and sustain membership and increase revenues. She was previously Executive Director of the World Gasterenterology Organization, a federation of over 114 societal members. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
