Executive Director, Suzanne Fedie, recently completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Earners of this certificate have learned the essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and to create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion. The seven-week program focuses on ways for organizations to create diverse workplaces, address equity issues, and foster inclusivity.

Fedie is the Executive Director of the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA) and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA). Suzanne has established experience in the field of association management, working directly with board directors and leadership teams to ensure that the strategic vision is carried out and reflected in all committee projects. She brings to Association Acumen a background in project and systems management, board development, strategic planning, membership growth, partner relations, and event management. Suzanne is a champion for her association clients and their members. She enjoys interacting with members and learning about their respective fields, ensuring that the association continues to be a premier resource for professional growth and development. Suzanne has a Bachelor of Arts from Winona State University and a Master of Arts from Iowa State University.
